5 Things you should be eating for glowing skin

If only you could get that golden beach glow all year round! Well, eating the right foods may not give you the healthy radiance that only the sun can give you, but it will definitely give your skin more of a glow!

Deeply coloured berries such as blueberries and cherries are loaded with antioxidants, which help your body fight off blemishes. Things like spots or achne clear up alot faster when the body has more antioxidants to aid in the repare of the skin.

Brazil Nuts
Like berries, brazil nuts are full of antioxidants. Zinc in particular, which is vital to the immune system and the manufacture of collagen. Lack of zinc can lead to stretch marks, stubborn blemishes and a dull complexion.

Dried Apricots 
Dried apricots are not only yummy but full of iron! Iron is really important for combating the dark circles under the eyes. It's important for the formation of haemoglobin (the red pigment) in blood. Signs that you may be deficiant in iron include; pale skin, dark circles under the eyes & fatigue.

Oily Fish
Oily fish contains Vitamin A which is involved in forming new skin cells, vitamin A helps keep skin supple and is vital for healthy eyes & hair too! If you have dry flaky skin, get some vitamin A into your diet asap!

Vitamin E is one of the most powerful antioxidants, but your body can't produce it, which means you have to make sure you're getting enough in your diet! It prevents cellular damage from occurring which means it wil delay wrinkles! Brilliant!

Diet is such a huge component in achieving that happy healthy glow! Try and swich some things around today and incorporate foods with more vitamins in!
